Now, I want to give you some ideas for taking what you've learned in this course and putting it into action. Unfortunately, I'm not there next to you to hold you accountable, but I want to make sure that it's easy for you to hold yourself accountable. So here are some practical steps to help you get started and to build momentum. Step one, choose two AI tools to experiment with. Don't rely on just one. Trying two gives you backup options and a broader perspective. familiar with both tools. Log in, test their features, note what works best for you for your needs. Step 2. Identify two upcoming conversations where AI could help you. I want you to be a little hard on yourself. Think of real, specific situations with your team, something you're hesitating about, giving feedback, setting goals, or prepping for a performance review.
