- [Instructor] Hiding a person's face is one of the most common and tedious tasks every editor or visual effects artist needs to do on a regular basis. And if there's more than one person in the frame, well you'll need to burn the midnight oil. These are exactly the assignments that AI can help us with so we can return to the creative part of our work. So let me introduce you to Blace, an artificial intelligence based plugin for face detection and blurring. To help us demonstrate it, we are going to use this clip of a lovely family sitting on the sofa. Alright, I'll pause the playback. I'll go to the beginning. I'll select the clip over here, and then from the effect manual under the Blace plugins category, I'll apply the Blace effect and automatically by default you can see that the effects recognize all the faces here and blur them.
