Here, I want to show you exactly how a clear structure prompt turns an AI agent, from guesswork into a decision-making partner. First, check out this vague request, "Look at these appointments, and tell me which pet to see first." With that wording, the agent doesn't know what data to consider, how to judge urgency, or how to format its response. Now, we'll add more structure to our prompt, by using for simple elements, task, context, criteria, and output. First is task. In our case, we could say, "Review this list of pet appointments," then, we provide the context. Each item includes the pet's name, species, condition, and urgency level, and next is criteria. Rank each pet by medical urgency, and last, output, return each priority pet's name plus a one-sentence rationale to explain why. What really matters is organizing…
