- We've discussed how to use a backlog, plan a sprint, and collaborate daily in a daily standup. So what happens when you come to the end of the sprint? How do you evaluate how well you did? You use a meeting or agile ceremony called a sprint review, which occurs on the last day of the sprint. The sprint review is the time for each team member to review and share what they were able to complete either by themselves or in collaboration with other team members. The sprint review is specifically focused on what was finished during the sprint. When we were delivering a company's first ever mobile application, we gathered our backlog of features, planned out a sprint to deliver an initial subset of features, and executed through daily collaboration.
