Key agile values and principles for BAs
- We have looked at the Agile values and what they mean to analysis, and what an Agile mindset entails. Next, I want to highlight some key points that are important to analysis and the Agile principles of the Agile Manifesto. The 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto bring clarity to what being Agile truly means. It's about being Agile in our behaviors and mindset. The principles don't talk about analysis specifically, but they are still very meaningful and impact analysis in big ways. Here are some of the highlights from a few of my favorite Agile principles to help us understand Agile in relationship to business analysis and requirements. Principle number 1, our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software.
