(upbeat music) - Now let's put this knowledge into practice. You're back with your client, Red30. You are working with their leadership to build an Agile team to complete the pilot project. In one of the meetings, the HR director tells you, "Hey, we are interviewing applicants for these new roles." And they're asking, "What's the plan beyond the pilot?" Having a path for further growth will entice more people to consider joining the new Agile team. And you say, "Okay, let me provide you with a growth roadmap." As you sit down at your computer, what do you do first? Think about your strategy. Use the roadmap file from the previous video and come up with your own roadmap proposal. Take some time. When ready, come back, and in the next video we'll review a sample roadmap proposal together.
