Retrospectives

- One of the most important values in Agile is continuous improvement, and Agile teams are always looking to improve on their process. Retrospectives are a technique used to help the team reflect and determine what went well and what can be improved. Chris, our Agile BA, participates with the entire team in retrospectives, and they happen regularly to reflect on recent deliverables. It's important that they happen often, usually after each iteration so the learnings can be applied quickly and new practices can be embedded into the team. Retrospectives are about the process, not about anyone or anything that's personal. They're typically facilitated in two parts. First, reflecting on the past iteration looking at what went well and what could go better. And, then, the second part is identifying ways to adapt the process towards improvement.
