- Do you really know what it's like to walk in someone else's shoes? Sometimes it's hard to switch gears and imagine what it would be like to be the other person. Personas are a technique that agile BAs use to help the team empathize and align the solution to user needs. Personas are fictional characters or archetypes used to represent typical users of a solution. Chris, our agile BA, describes personas to the team as if they're real users.
