- [Instructor] Now that we've covered concepts like what an AI agent is, and the difference between RPA, AI automation and Agentic AI, deterministic versus probabilistic, and human in the loop. Okay, this first example is a HR context or human resources, and it's about screening job candidates. A manual process would have an HR recruiter looking at each resume and categorizing them according to rules and guidelines of things like strong fit, potential, not a fit, future fit, duplicate, and referral priority. Literally taking pieces of paper and putting them in piles. Now, a traditional system would use a system to automate this by looking for exact keyword matches, parsing fields into things like degrees, years of experience, titles, and deterministic sorting algorithms, against the data that's on the document.
