(light upbeat music) - [Eran] Welcome to another episode of After Effects Weekly with me, Eran Stern. Today, I'll share one of the old school techniques of creating a logo opener by using different camera angles and cutting between them as if you are filming a rock star, amazing football match, or just your logo. So I have here my own logo that I extruded using the geometry options of these 3D shape layers. There is also a live text layer here. Also extruded in the same way, a 3D pane that serves as a background player. And above all, there's a spotlight that casts soft shadows as well as a fill parallel light. Now, I also added a short sound bite and set couple of composition markers to signal me when I need to switch between the different angles. Now, all of this looks great.
