- [Instructor] In this video, I'd like to share some tips with you for how you can create engaging ads for Instagram. First of all, remember to captivate with your visuals. Instagram is all about stunning imagery. Make sure that your photos and videos really stand out. Use vibrant colors. Upload images that surprise the user and draw them in as soon as they see it before they even realize that they're looking at an advertisement. Also, remember to include a call to action. It should be clear to the users what their next step should be if they're interested in your product or service, even if it's just a brand awareness campaign. Make sure that you let users know where they can go if they want to find out more information. If you're not including a call to action, then you're really missing out because people may like your advertisements, but if they don't know what they should do next, then you're not going to be able to convert them into customers. Finally, and this should go without saying, but remember to make your ads mobile-friendly. Of course, the copy of your advertisement and the creative that you're using should be mobile-friendly, but also where users go when they click on the ad should also be mobile friendly. Make sure that you have either a mobile-friendly or responsive website or a mobile-friendly information form. If they're brought to a really long form where they have to enter a lot of information, then they're probably not going to do that on a mobile device, so make it simple. Because we're using a computer when we create Instagram ads, it can be easy to forget that in the end, they're going to be viewed on a mobile device. So keep that in mind. If you follow these tips, you will be setting yourself up for success with your Instagram ads.
