- [Instructor] Do you need to quickly fill out a list of activities with the same information? If so, you can do so with the Fill Down feature. You do have to select the activity first, and you can hold Shift and select activities if they're in the same row, or hold the Control key and select them if there are a few activities in-between. Now right-click and select Fill Down. You will see that these changes were made in an instant. Makes life easy, right?
