- [Instructor] All right, so we're about to get you coding. Before we do that, we're going to take care of a couple of really important Workbench settings. This is super important. It's going to be really easy and you're going to be so happy that you change these settings. They basically cover the majority of challenges that students run into throughout these courses. Taking care of these now will really cut down on the technical problems that you'll run into down the road, and it's going to make your experience with this course that much better. First, we'll adjust the date setting. This is so people in other time zones are still able to run files without running into any time zone-specific issues. Next, we're going to update the GROUP BY setting and we'll only allow FULL GROUP BY. I'll explain a little bit more about this in a minute. Then we're going to adjust our MAX ALLOWED PACKET size.
