Animating the extrusion
- [Instructor] In this chapter, we'll give some love to the main title here, skip intro. I'll show you how to speed up the interaction with 3D extruded text as well as a cool way to treat each one of the characters as a separate object. But first let's animate the extrusion to make it grow from the far distance. All right, I'll pause the playback and I'll select the text, layer number five, skip intro. I'm going to go to six seconds over here. This is where our tagline starts to enter the screen. It is not visible yet, but it's a great place to finish the animation for our main title. And what I would like to do is set key frames for the scale and the rotation. So I'll start by pressing S, this is going to isolate the scale property, and then I'll hold down shift and press R.
