(gentle bright music) - So what are some of the opportunities and challenges presented to us by this manufacturing environment of tomorrow? And while this is not an exhaustive list, a couple come to mind. The increasing use of digital technologies to reduce time to verification and time to validation, for a product or a service coming to market, is definitely one of the opportunities presented by this fourth industrial revolution and the methods and tools that go with it. This gives US manufacturing and opportunity to compete, not just on innovation and how products address a need, but more importantly, to compete on speed, to be able to put products in the hands of customers faster than our economic competitors or faster than our political adversaries. Another opportunity is the further insight into how products and services are used.
