- [Instructor] We often need to repurpose ads and other types of documents in InDesign, to different layouts and different sizes. So here in this example, I'm working on this ad from my hotel chain, and I have these in three different layouts, three different page sizes. Of course the content itself should always be the same, since it is the same ad, it's just simply scaled up or down. Now, the problem here is that if we ever have to make any changes to the text, to the contents, for example, here working on the amenities of the hotel, then I would have to apply those changes not once, but three times. Now the objective of this chapter, is to show you a better way of managing the content of multi-sized documents. So what I currently have is I have a letter sized document, a document that has this size, and a document that has this size.
