- [Instructor] So now that we have properly defined a Preflight profile for this document, we have to make sure that the preflight profile will travel with the document. Imagine you're working in the team, and you've wrote really hard on this project. You've set various rules here using the preflight panel and you know exactly what the specific specifications are that you're looking out for. The problem is, that you might not be in the office every single day, so let's say that you call in sick for a day or you take a holiday of two weeks. So what will happen is your coworkers will open up your file, let's say it start on the server on their InDesign. The problem is that the Preflight profile that we've built, only exists on our hard drive in our InDesign.
