Chapter 3 overview
- [Instructor] So far, we have only been focusing on the current state of spatial data. However, like everything else, spatial data may also change over time. Therefore, in this video, we are going to extend your expertise in this direction by collecting and analyzing time series of spatial data. Namely, we will collect and analyze how the population levels changed in Germany during the past two decades by relying on the previously introduced GHSL population raster data. So far, we have only been focusing on the current state of spatial data. However, like everything else, spatial data also changes over time. Therefore, in this video, we are going to extend your expertise in this direction by collecting and analyzing time series spatial data. Namely, we will observe how the population levels changed in Germany during the past few decades by relying on all the previously learned materials, tools, and data sets.
