Project 5: Kerning

Project number 5 is probably the easiest one out of all of them. This is just a simple kerning exercise. So we have to make sure this black version of the text matches the kerning of the text underneath it. So the blue version is like the ideal state of the text and that's what we need to achieve here on the top. So first of all you need the type tool, click inside the text and then you would want to use ALT or OPTION key left and right arrows to adjust the kerning and it doesn't have to look exactly the same as below just try to get it as close as possible and by the way I have the hidden characters visible that's why I see that little dot there that is the space character and I like to have these on when I do kerning because it helps me just to see where these characters are and where their center point is so you can go to type and then show hidden characters here at the bottom in case you don't see them already.
