Print design is a subset of the broader field of graphic design and the easiest way to explain how it differs from other types of graphic design areas is that in general or in most cases with print design you would get a tangible product at the end of a project. Whether it's a book, a business card or even a cap with a print on it. Print design projects vary in size and complexity, you might be designing a tiny sticker but you can also work on the full branding of an airline and all the designs that will eventually end up on actual airplanes.
