Creating a smart collection
- Earlier you saw me work with collections to organize my images. Collections are like playlists and they can go across multiple folders or drives, but collections don't have to be manual. For example, if you go to your collections category, you'll see the ability to take selected images and put them in a collection, but we can also create a smart collection. This allows us to tell it what to do. For example, here it's looking in this one folder and I could say go ahead and take all images whose rating is greater than or equal to four stars and we can also apply other information such as if they're in a subfolder or if they haven't been indexed yet. Now, when I click save, you'll see that we've got the best of outer banks. Now, automatically, all of those images that are four stars or five stars from that folder are viewable. I can make another collection here for a smart collection and call this one to go ahead and use…
