- [Instructor] Now let's take a look at bookmarks. Like links, bookmarks can be clicked to take the PDF user to specific areas within the document or to other locations, but where links are created within the document itself and can only be accessed from the pages on which they reside, bookmarks live in the navigation pane, which is always available no matter what page is currently visible. Bookmarks are really useful in sort of a table of contents capacity, giving the readers a way to quickly find important sections of the PDF. So we can see the bookmarks pane by coming over here to the right of the window and clicking the button that looks like a bookmark. And there are already three bookmarks that have been created in this document. So first, clicking "Connecting you to the latest technology and insider insights," doesn't appear to do anything, but that's because it's a bookmark to this first page that we're already on.…
