- [Instructor] So far in this chapter, we've seen how to sign a PDF using the Fill & Sign tools as well as how to send PDFs out for other people to sign using the Adobe Sign tool. Adobe Sign is the easiest way to send out your documents for others to sign. But there's another way to sign documents that's been a part of Acrobat for many years now. If you recall from earlier when we were looking at the Form Field tools, we skipped over the Digital Signature Field tool. Just to review, I'm going to go back to Acrobat Preferences, or Edit, Preferences on Windows and make sure that Automatically detect Form fields is turned off here when Forms is selected. And I'll click OK. Now I'll click Prepare Form and Start. And at the bottom of this document are some signature fields. I'll come up to the Form tools and here we'll find Digital Signature. I'll select that and I'll draw the first box here, and I'll call this Employee…
