Add an image field

- [Instructor] Occasionally, you may need input or information from the person filling out your form that can't be provided through text fields, radio buttons, lists and so on. For example, maybe you need a copy of a receipt or proof of identity or some other documents saved as an image file. Instead of asking them to send the file separately, you can use the Image Field button and have them embed the file directly in the PDF form. I'm still using this Globe Bank Product Inquiry form. And let's say for example, that we need to ask for a copy of a driver's license. From the Form Tools, I'll find the Image Field Tool. Let's scroll down and use the space above the company logo. Now ideally, you would have designed into the form some text or a label here that says something like Attach License Here, but we'll just use this blank space. I'll draw a rectangle. I'll name it License. And that's pretty much all we need to do.…
