All right. Now, let's talk about ERG organization structures. One of the very critical components for Employee Resource Groups who are trying to achieve excellence is to have an org structure that is consistent, but also scalable. Because many organizations have multiple Employee Resource Groups, it's important to have these structures that have some key components, but also have some components that can build and be added to the ERG as the Employee Resource Groups evolves. When ERGs starts to get into trouble is when you find, say for example, the Pride Employee Resource Group at an organization has one org structure, but then the Hispanic Latino has a different org structure. And then the Women's Employee Resource Group has another org structure altogether different. That's not a recipe for success. So, what we're going to explore here are some of the ways that you can build an ERG org structure that's consistent but also scales by using various ERG thresholds.
