So, let's look at effective Employee Resource Group practices, right, and what it takes to be a high performing ERG leadership team. One of the things we often see is that an ERG team needs to look at the importance of your interconnectedness. And as ERG leadership team members, to take more of a we approach as opposed to a me approach. So, that means you have to develop trust with each other. You have to communicate with each other. We've seen ERGs oftentimes maybe create a pact to say, hey, I promise to do all that I can, to help you know, be an effective contributor to our ERG leadership team. I've seen ERGs do a good job of rewarding and recognizing each other when they've done a great job, and move above and beyond the call of duty.
