And finally the fourth pillar under the 4C Model is the Community pillar. Now, under the Community pillar, what the ERG is trying to do is they're trying to create a sense of community, right? So, they're trying to get their members to get to know each other, become better acquainted, but they're also trying to help the organization be stronger champions and be considered in high regard in the communities that they represent. Oftentimes, the ERGs that are looking to create some initial momentum or generate some short term wins will lean on some of their community related initiatives to help generate that. Examples of common community initiatives are things like volunteering at a nonprofit, right? We've seen some ERGs raised scholarship funds that then they give and distribute to students from historically underrepresented communities. We've seen ERGs participate in community fairs and community parades, right? And then also, we've seen ERGs try to create that sense of community by…
