Climbing the career pillar
All right. Now let's look at the Career pillar. The Career pillar is very popular for members of the Employee Resource Groups. In fact, it's one of the more common reasons an individual may join in ERG. What the ERG is trying to do is they're trying to provide their members with enhanced skills and enhanced capabilities, and ultimately try to help advance the careers of their members. Right? Like I said, it's a very popular pillar, and the sorts of initiatives that we see that tend to fall under the Culture pillar are things like professional development workshops, mentoring initiatives. Every now and then, an ERG will bring in an external speaker to talk about a specific skill set, uh, lunch and learns, book clubs, all of those things that, again, are aimed at elevating the advancement and the capabilities of the membership. Those sorts of initiatives fall under the Career pillar, very common, very important pillar for Employee Resource Groups.
