- [Instructor] Report objects are specifically designed to be printed, so we should probably spend just a moment and take a look at the options available here on the Print Preview ribbon. On the left hand side, we have options to change our paper size as well as the printer margins. We can switch our orientation from a portrait orientation to a landscape orientation, and there's even options to set up multi column reports so you could print to the left half of the page and then the right half of the page as a second column if you wanted. Now, the problem with all of these settings is that they don't actually make any changes to the layout of your report's elements. For instance, if I were to switch it to a landscape orientation, it just runs my report off the bottom of the page and it doesn't do anything to actually take advantage of this extra space that I have on the right now.
