- At the end of the day, 350 feedback is only useful if it is strategically applied. Here's the challenge. Leaders who are guiding employees through the 360 process will likely not have access to the full report since the participants own and control the data. In other words, the supervisor doesn't have the luxury of reading the results and saying, "Nedley, you ranked below average on approachability "and stress tolerance. "I've enrolled you in a helpful webinar." It doesn't work that way. Meaningful change needs to emanate from the individual. Ideally, the 360 feedback cultivates a new sense of self-awareness and a sincere desire to make improvements. The key to that is ensuring that the trained 360 facilitators build trust with the participants and vividly convey the potential benefits of using the survey results as a blueprint for career acceleration.
