Active Directory Engineer
Duration: 12 Months
Contract Location: Charlotte, NC (Local only) Hybrid (3days onsite and 2days remote in a week)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting enterprise Active Directory environments in a large-scale infrastructure setting. You will work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security across domain controller and Windows Server environments.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Active Directory issues using command-line tools and scripting
Build, configure, and maintain domain controllers
Deploy and support Active Directory on Hyper-V environments
Handle incident tickets and resolve infrastructure issues
Work closely with infrastructure and security teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in infrastructure or Windows Server environments
Strong experience with Active Directory administration and engineering
Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting
Experience with domain controllers and enterprise environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
