For our Lakewood, CO offices we are searching for a Vice President Sales and Operations, mainly focused leads revenue growth and operational performance across a multi-brand, multi-unit franchise system.


This executive balances two priorities: driving top-line sales while ensuring consistent, profitable execution at every location. The role reports to the US Country Manager and serves as a critical link between Fortidia and franchisees.


Compensation

$200,000-$220,000 gross annual salary + bonus + benefits.

Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.


Main tasks and responsibilities:


Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a system-wide sales strategy aligned with corporate growth targets
  • Set revenue goals for field and sales teams
  • Build, coach, and manage field operations and sales leaders—expect roughly 50% of time in the field
  • Own national sales programs.
  • Forecasting, and CRM discipline across the network
  • Partner with Marketing on lead generation, promotions, and brand campaigns


Franchise Operations

  • Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and compliance are upheld at every franchised location
  • Lead Business Development Coaches who support and coach franchisees day-to-day
  • Monitor unit-level KPIs—service levels, guest experience, audit scores
  • Identify underperforming units and implement structured improvement plans
  • Standardize playbooks and reduce operational variability across markets


Franchisee Relationships

  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key franchise groups and advisory councils
  • Balance relationship-building with accountability—hold firm to standards while earning trust
  • Partner with Learning and Development to provide training, resources, and communication that keep franchisees aligned and engaged


Financial Performance

  • Drive same-store sales growth and improve unit-level EBITDA
  • Analyze brand P&L levers— pricing strategies, optimization, cost controls
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for the sales and operations; track variances and course-correct

Growth & Scalability

  • Support new-unit openings: with pre/post-opening readiness, long term franchise profitability through operational excellence, and revenue growth opportunities
  • Build scalable infrastructure so operational quality keeps pace with expansion
  • Pilot initiatives at before rolling out system-wide

Success Metrics

  • Month-over-month and year-over-year revenue growth
  • Improved franchisee profitability and satisfaction scores
  • Higher compliance/audit ratings and reduced operational variability
  • Strong, accountable field team with leadership retention
  • Operational readiness that supports aggressive growth timelines


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years in multi-unit operations; 5+ years in franchise sales and operations leadership preferred
  • Demonstrated revenue growth, systemwide and same store sales (SSS), margin improvement, and field-team development
  • Sales proficiency, influential leadership, P&L fluency, strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making, CRM proficiency, strong coaching ability
  • Experience within a Founder and/or Private Equity backed, high growth franchise brand highly preferred
  • Multi-brand, or national network exposure, international experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 50%+ domestic and international
  • Excellent mastery of written and spoken English, other languages a plus;
  • Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
  • Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
