Vice President Operations

A private equity-backed services platform is building a scaled, multi-branch operation across Florida and seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead execution during an accelerated growth phase.

This is a roll-up environment with multiple acquisitions closed and additional deals under contract. The mandate is clear: integrate, standardize, optimize, and expand margins.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a platform-building opportunity.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with Finance leadership, the VP of Operations will:

• Own operating performance across multiple Florida branches
• Lead post-acquisition integration of systems, processes, and KPIs
• Drive labor productivity, route optimization, and service-line margin improvement
• Implement pricing discipline and estimating rigor
• Standardize operating playbooks across founder-led businesses
• Oversee fleet, equipment, and procurement efficiency
• Drive adoption and operational execution within Aspire (or comparable FSM platform)

You will be in the field. In the branches. Working alongside operators to build a unified, scalable operating engine.

The Profile

We are seeking a senior operator who has experience in:

• Route-based or field services environments
• Multi-branch operations
• Private equity-backed or acquisitive platforms (strongly preferred)
• Post-acquisition integration and change management

Experience in home services, commercial services, or landscaping platforms is highly relevant. Aspire or ServiceTitan experience is a significant plus.

This role requires urgency, accountability, and the ability to drive performance – while maintaining credibility and alignment with entrepreneurial, founder-led teams.

Location

Must reside in South Florida (Fort Myers, Palm Beach, Miami corridor or surrounding markets).

Frequent in-state travel required.
