Confer with engineering personnel to resolve problems relating to specifications and to review test plans, such as types and cycles of tests, conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and duration of tests.
Examine parts for conformance with dimensional specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
Monitor controls, instruments, and record test data for engineer's use.
May recommend changes in test methods or equipment for engineering review.
Sandblasting
Operating forklift.
Performs washing of equipment and parts.
Know and enforce safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action.
Qualifications/Education Requirements
Good communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Understand pump, seal and motor test results.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of testing experience preferred.
Electrical experience preferred.
Annual CPR / AED and Electrical Safety Training
