Technology Analyst

Position Overview:

InnoActive Group are leaders in providing project management and technology advisory primarily in public agencies and Fortune 500 entities. InnoActive Group has managed various construction and technology projects ranging in size from small projects to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst to support our construction and project operations teams. This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting construction technology platforms, project reporting, and operational systems within construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI reporting and analytics, while also serving as a key administrator and support resource for Procore and other project technology systems. This individual will work closely with project managers, field teams, operations leadership, and stakeholders to improve reporting visibility, streamline workflows, and support project execution through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for Procore, including user management, permissions, workflows, document control, and system configuration.

• Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of construction technology platforms and project management systems.

• Assist project teams with troubleshooting system issues, user support, training, and platform adoption.

• Collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams to improve technology utilization and project workflows.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for project and operational reporting.

• Analyze project, financial, scheduling, and operational data to provide actionable insights and performance tracking.

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and build scalable reporting solutions.

• Support data integrity, validation, and reporting consistency across multiple systems and platforms.

• Assist with improving project reporting processes, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiencies.

• Support integration and coordination between Procore, ERP systems, scheduling platforms, and reporting tools.

• Maintain organized project data, system documentation, user guides, and reporting standards.

• Support onboarding of new users and maintain system governance standards.

• Ensure project documentation and technology processes align with company procedures and operational standards.

• Support data security, user access management, and compliance with company technology policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience supporting construction technology systems, project controls, operations reporting, or related functions.

• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.

• Experience with Procore administration or strong willingness and aptitude to learn and manage the platform.

• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, engineering, or industrial project environments preferred.

• Strong understanding of project documentation, reporting workflows, and operational processes.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and data/reporting tools.

• Experience with ERP systems, project management software, or scheduling platforms is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support fast-paced project environments.
