What You'll Do
Ensure engineering program goals, scope, and requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with stakeholders Build program roadmaps and detailed timelines outlining milestones, critical paths, and deliverables Lead and synchronize cross-functional teams to ensure timely program delivery through effective coordination, spanning hardware engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, firmware, and test toward unified program objectives Ensure team efforts align with project goals, optimizing productivity by steering teams away from non-critical activities Track engineering sample demand and supply, coordinating with supply chain teams to meet program milestones Proactively identify, track and resolve program risks with structured mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact on program timelines and deliverables Maintain open communication with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are understood and managed Monitor progress and provide regular updates on program status, including key metrics, wins, challenges, and escalations Continuously refine project management methodologies and implement process improvements for cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and program outcomes
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience with demonstrated exceptional abilities 3+ years of experience in product development, ideally with experience shipping products in medium-to-high volume industries 3+ years of experience in program management within an engineering or technical environment Proven ability to rapidly grasp complex technical concepts Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills 5+ years of experience in program management within an engineering or technical industry, leading cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex technical products preferred Proven experience in leading system-level product development, overseeing end-to-end product development of complex hardware systems preferred Hands-on design engineering experience in display products or electromechanical product design is highly valued preferred

Expected Compensation
$96,800 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
