Commission: $50-$70 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete coding tasks across enterprise programming languages and ecosystems
• Work with systems programming, build toolchains, and production scripting environments
• Solve complex engineering problems involving performance and system design trade-offs
• Review and optimize code with strong attention to production constraints and edge cases
• Provide clear technical feedback and written documentation

What We Re Looking For

• Strong experience in enterprise software engineering and production development
• Strong experience in at least one domain including C, Rust, C#, Kotlin, Scala, Swift, Ruby, PHP, Perl, or R
• Deep understanding of language internals, tooling, and build ecosystems
• Strong experience in performance optimization and scalable system design
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong written communication skills
