Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows/Linux administration, virtualization, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

The System Administrator will work closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Support teams to maintain high availability, system performance, and operational stability across production environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user administration
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and server health
  • Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities
  • Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Support cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, storage, and networking issues
  • Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and system security processes
  • Configure file servers, storage systems, and permissions
  • Support automation and scripting for operational tasks
  • Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams for compliance and hardening
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Participate in on-call support rotations


Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in System Administration
  • Strong experience with:
  • Windows Server
  • Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)
  • Active Directory
  • VMware / Hyper-V
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and networking fundamentals
  • Knowledge of server monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
  • Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
  • Exposure to Office 365 and Exchange administration
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible
  • Knowledge of security best practices and endpoint management
  • Understanding of monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix
  • Experience with storage technologies and SAN environments
