Senior Fund Accountant

A fast-growing private equity firm is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its expanding team. This newly created position, driven by the firm’s continued growth, will support a wide range of fund operations activities including capital calls and distributions, cash monitoring, management fees, valuations, and financial statement preparation.

The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, corporate accounting, or public accounting with fund clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support fund operations including capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and fee calculations
• Prepare financial statements, incentive allocations, and performance reporting
• Coordinate audits, investor communications, and client deliverables
• Process investment activity and maintain fund data within key systems such as CRM platforms and Investran

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, corporate accounting, or public accounting with fund clients
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and willing to take on ad-hoc projects
