Basic Qualifications

  • Regulatory Compliance – Implement and maintain security procedures that meet DoD, NISPOM/32 CFR, and other applicable regulations.
  • Customer Visits – Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Asset Accountability – Maintain accountability logs for material and conduct periodic inventories and audits.
  • Badge Issuance – Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with program managers, engineering leads, and the Facility Security Office to integrate security requirements into program execution.
  • Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
  • Knowledge of NISPOM/32 CFR, and related government security regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Program Security Representative (PSR) will serve as the primary security liaison for programs housed at the Honolulu Facility. The PSR applies established security processes to ensure compliance with all government regulations governing the protection of classified material. This role operates both independently and as part of a team to support contractual security requirements, manage clearances, facilitate customer visits, maintain accountability for sensitive items, create identification badges, and support facility security meetings.
