Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in San Diego County, CA. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships to facilitate property sales and purchases. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting property tours, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating deals, and staying updated on local real estate market trends. The Salesperson will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in San Diego County.
• Valid California real estate license is required.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable.
