Salesforce Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant with experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves day-to-day platform support, issue resolution, backlog management, and system enhancements while working closely with business users, delivery teams, and offshore developers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 Salesforce functional support across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

• Troubleshoot workflows, user access, integrations, configurations, and data issues.

• Support enhancement requests, backlog prioritization, and offshore coordination.

• Monitor integrations and data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and downstream systems.

• Assist with Flow Builder, Process Builder, reports, dashboards, and admin activities.

• Create SOPs, user guides, and operational documentation.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.

• Support Conga and DocuSign workflows.

Required Skills:

• 4–7+ years of Salesforce support or functional consulting experience.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud.

• Strong Salesforce administration, workflow, reporting, and user support skills.

• Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, and dashboards.

• Familiarity with HubSpot integrations, ETL processes, and data validation.

• Experience with Jira, Rally, and Confluence in Agile environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with customer portals, scheduling workflows, or CRM integrations.

• Knowledge of Conga Composer, DocuSign, AWS-integrated workflows, and Salesforce data architecture.

• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
