Our client is a multi-strategy investment firm using quantitative and fundamental approaches across a mix of asset classes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule management meetings across multiple time zones
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up notes
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and contact lists
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or research coordination role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Salary Range

$130,000-$150,000
