LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a leading company in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced Regional Controller to join our growing team. As an individual contributor, the Regional Controller is a key member of the accounting and operations teams, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting function for a specific region. This role reports to the Controller.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial accuracy and completeness for the region.
• Conduct various analyses and assist in budgeting.
• Collaborate with different departments.
• Provide timely and accurate reports.
• Analyze financial results and offer insights.
• Support stakeholders with ad hoc requests.
• Calculate and record bonuses.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Analyze billing reports and explain changes.
• Respond to inquiries from clinics.
• Educate partners on financial matters.
• Support regional activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, ideally within organizations with multiple entities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ERP systems experience.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional businesses, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Ability to navigate a high-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
