Role Description This is a full-time, remote Real Estate Agent role with CasaCamargo Group serving the San Antonio, TX market. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct virtual and in-person consultations, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily activities include preparing and presenting comparative market analyses, listing presentations, and buyer tours, as well as coordinating showings and open houses. The agent will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents while ensuring compliance with state and brokerage regulations. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and using digital marketing tools to promote listings and build a strong personal brand. The role requires consistent communication with clients, timely follow-up, and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities.
Qualifications
Active Texas Real Estate License and solid understanding of real property laws and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including residential sales and working with buyers and sellers.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client relationship management.
Comfort with remote work, using digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Familiarity with the San Antonio, TX real estate market or willingness to learn local market dynamics quickly.
Reliable transportation for in-person showings and appointments as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
