Project Manager – Enterprise Technical Training ProgramsAbout the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise technical training and skilling initiatives for a global technology client. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts, managing program timelines, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful execution of instructor-led training, hands-on labs, digital learning experiences, and virtual events.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and professionalism.
This position requires strong program coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across delivery, engineering, operations, content, and customer teams.
Travel Requirement: 25–35% travel may be required for onsite program support, workshops, events, and stakeholder meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of enterprise training and skilling programs
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned programs and engagements
Collaborate with instructors, technical SMEs, lab operations teams, content developers, and customer stakeholders
Track program milestones, budgets, schedules, action items, and status reporting
Support virtual and onsite training events, workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and readiness programs
Coordinate logistics including scheduling, attendee readiness, lab provisioning, communications, and escalation management
Ensure training environments, hands-on labs, and supporting materials are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation plans to maintain program success
Facilitate recurring status meetings, executive updates, and post-engagement reviews
Drive continuous process improvements for delivery operations and customer experience
Maintain detailed documentation including project plans, runbooks, status reports, and operational procedures
Partner with leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and scaling efforts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management, program management, or delivery management experience
Experience supporting enterprise customers or large-scale technical programs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Strong problem-solving and escalation management capabilities
Ability to operate independently in dynamic and fast-moving environments
Experience coordinating remote and global teams across multiple time zones
Comfortable working in highly collaborative customer-facing environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting cloud, AI, cybersecurity, developer, infrastructure, or IT training programs
Familiarity with technical learning environments, virtual labs, or cloud-based training platforms
Understanding of enterprise software, cloud technologies, or modern IT ecosystems
Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and strategic initiatives
PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certifications
Experience with large-scale virtual events, readiness programs, or technical bootcamps
Knowledge of learning and development operations or technical skilling programs
