SALARY

$145,000 + Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

My client is searching for a Project Manager / Estimator with a strong understanding of the Drywall industry. The Project Manager / Estimator will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong communication between teams and subcontractors, preparing estimates and project calculations, while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget requirements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Drywall industry experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project schedules, and structural specification sheets
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and field coordination
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
