Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction — from preconstruction and project startup through closeout
Manage and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation to ensure timely resolution and accurate record-keeping
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to keep projects moving on schedule and within budget
Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and budget reporting using project management software
Attend and document owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings; distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Conduct field observations and assist the superintendent with quality control, inspections, and site documentation
Support estimating and bidding efforts on new project pursuits as needed
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in a construction project engineering or related role; internship experience in construction will be considered
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with construction project management software (Procore, Viewpoint, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across field and office environments
A team-first mindset with a genuine interest in growing within the construction industry
OSHA 10 certification preferred; willingness to obtain OSHA 30 a plus
