We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support a team of Project Managers within a fast-paced operations environment. This role will focus on the administrative and coordination activities that keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support a team of Project Managers within a fast-paced operations environment. This role will focus on the administrative and coordination activities that keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with project tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities
- Maintain project timelines, status updates, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication across internal teams and external partners/vendors
- Assist with invoice tracking, documentation collection, and operational support tasks
- Ensure project information is accurate, organized, and updated consistently
- 1+ years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
