We are seeking a Program Manager to support our Sales & Servicing Platform with a strong focus on Salesforce and related technologies. This highly visible role will help drive execution of a multi-year platform roadmap by partnering across technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable, advisor-centric solutions.

Full-Time | Austin, TX Area | $145K–$155K Base Salary


Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the Salesforce and advisor technology roadmap, translating strategy into structured programs and delivery plans.
  • Drive alignment across business and technology teams to manage dependencies, priorities, and enterprise impact.
  • Lead program governance, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Support vendor evaluations, onboarding, contract management, and delivery oversight.
  • Oversee program planning, risk management, release coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Partner with technology and data teams on integrations, migrations, and operational readiness.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and decision materials while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, business architecture, or technology strategy.
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, fintech, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise programs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with advisor-focused platforms such as CRM, workflow, compliance, trading, or billing systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft O365, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Suite, and Figma.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, drive execution, and deliver scalable business solutions.
